Cash, invoicing, commission

Ben, Lewis and Deborah — Deborah sees this whole section. The snapshot is a manual QuickBooks read today; the plan connects QuickBooks and Revolut Business directly from the dashboard server and writes the Finance Snapshot row back to Notion nightly.

Outstanding invoices · ageing

Invoices database

The Invoices database is empty — filled nightly by the Milestone & commission job. Empty means check Systems.

The job is blocked on the FIN-003 / FIN-004 repoint and the milestone status pass. An empty ageing chart would be a picture of a fact nobody has recorded, so the table says so instead.

ContractedWeighted pipelineSales-ramp scenario

Contracted is real — signed milestones placed by expected invoice date, and the only layer Finance may quote. Weighted pipeline is empty until Expected close is set on the deals. The ramp is a scenario, never written to Notion.

Q3 2026 would need 25 reps at 0.4 calls/wk and a 8% close to reach £26k of new business.
Q4 2026 would need 28 reps at 0.6 calls/wk and a 9% close to reach £49k of new business.
Q1 2027 would need 32 reps at 0.8 calls/wk and a 10% close to reach £93k of new business.
Q2 2027 would need 36 reps at 1.0 calls/wk and a 10% close to reach £140k of new business.

Scenario only — never written to Notion. Active reps and booked calls will seed from the Rep Weekly Scores DB once it exists; the rest are Ben's to set. Retainer attach has no effect until a retainer value exists anywhere — every matrix leaves it TBD.

1 invoice-triggering milestones could not be placed in any quarter: Prime Craft — Sprint fee. They are missing a date, an amount or a currency.

Commission owed this month

Commission Ledger · every row names its FIN-006 table

The Commission Ledger is empty — filled nightly by the Milestone & commission job. Empty means check Systems.

FIN-006 v2.0: Lewis's 20% closing fee applies to the setup fee only, on every deal, whoever closed it; the development fee splits per tables B–E as each monthly payment clears; commission is paid only after client funds clear. No row is drafted here because no invoice has been raised.
